The Case for Jack Ciattarelli: Why 2025 Is His Year to Lead New Jersey
By Councilman Giuseppe Palmeri
February 2025
New Jersey is at a crossroads. Families are struggling under the weight of high taxes, small businesses are suffocating under unnecessary regulations, and quality of life concerns—like public safety and education—continue to dominate kitchen table discussions across the state. For too long, Trenton’s leadership has been out of touch with the needs of everyday New Jerseyans. But in 2025, we have a chance to change that.
Jack Ciattarelli is the leader New Jersey needs right now. A lifelong resident of the Garden State, a successful businessman, and a former state assemblyman, Ciattarelli has the experience, vision, and drive to steer New Jersey toward a more prosperous future. His message of fiscal responsibility, education reform, and pro-business policies has never been more relevant.
New Jersey remains one of the most expensive states to live in, with sky-high property taxes that drive families and retirees out of the state in droves. Jack Ciattarelli has consistently advocated for real tax relief, including restructuring the school funding formula to bring fairness to taxpayers across the state. Unlike career politicians who only pay lip service to affordability, Ciattarelli has a detailed plan to lower property taxes while ensuring schools are fully funded.
Under his leadership, small businesses— the backbone of our economy—will no longer be treated as Trenton’s piggy bank. He understands that when businesses thrive, communities thrive. His pro-business approach will cut red tape, encourage entrepreneurship, and revitalize main streets from Sussex to Cape May.
The state’s education system has been bogged down by overreach and one-size-fits-all mandates that strip local control from parents and school boards. Ciattarelli believes parents deserve a say in what their children are taught, and he is committed to ensuring that New Jersey’s schools focus on academic excellence rather than ideological agendas.
He has been vocal about the need to empower teachers and schools at the local level, ensuring that our children receive the best education possible without unnecessary interference from Trenton bureaucrats. His leadership will restore balance and transparency to the education system, making sure schools work for students and families, not special interests.
In recent years, New Jersey has seen concerning trends in crime and law enforcement morale. Anti-police rhetoric and policies that handcuff officers rather than criminals have led to unsafe communities. Ciattarelli has always stood with law enforcement and will ensure they have the resources and support necessary to keep our streets safe.
As governor, he will work to repeal dangerous policies that prioritize criminals over victims. He understands that a safe New Jersey is a thriving New Jersey, and he won’t stand by while communities suffer under misguided policies.
Jack Ciattarelli came within striking distance of victory in 2021, proving that New Jersey is ready for change. Since then, Governor Murphy’s administration has doubled down on policies that hurt taxpayers, businesses, and families. The contrast between the two couldn’t be clearer, and voters now see what’s at stake.
New Jerseyans are hungry for a governor who will fight for them, not for special interests. Ciattarelli has spent the last four years building grassroots momentum, connecting with voters, and refining his plan to turn New Jersey around. This time, he has the name recognition, the experience, and the statewide support needed to finish the job.
As a councilman, a longtime advocate for responsible government, and someone who deeply cares about the future of our state, I know that New Jersey needs a leader who will put our residents first. Jack Ciattarelli has the vision, the experience, and the passion to bring meaningful change to Trenton.
That’s why I, Giuseppe Palmeri, proudly endorse Jack Ciattarelli for governor. New Jerseyans deserve a leader who will fight for lower taxes, safer communities, and a better future for our children. In 2025, we have the chance to elect that leader—and his name is Jack Ciattarelli.
